Love the candles

I love the candles, don't love the process. I have a difficult time when I am asked to write a review about an order I haven't received and can't seem to get any info about when it might be shipped. I ordered over a week ago and my order still says processing. I don't mind waiting when I at least have a rough estimate. My 15% off coupon also didn't work for order and I was told they would refund me that on my order, but that hasn't happened either.
